Premium Overview

  • What is the cost of Contap Premium?

    Contap Premium is $9.99 per month. We offer an introductory 30 days free to try the features and see how much time and effort it will save you! Give it a try today!

  • How can I access Premium?

    You can access Premium in a few ways. First, you can go to your Profile, click on the Settings icon on the top-right. Once you click this, you will be able to review the features and benefits Contap Premium offers. You can also access Premium by tapping on any of the Premium features, such as notetaking or the CRM integration. Once you tap on one of these features, you will be able and you will see a prompt letting you know of the value Contap Premium provides!

  • How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

    You can cancel your Contap Premium subscription anytime by going into your iTunes Account Settings, and Manage Subscriptions, or your Google Play Account Settings and Manage Your Subscriptions. There is no penalty to cancel and we do not lock you in to long term contracts.

  • What features are included in Premium?

    Contap Premium includes a full CRM Integration, continued Access to event Guest Lists 24 hours after the event closes, Introductions, Note Suite, and the ability to Save Contaps to your Contacts.

CRM Integration

  • What CRMs do you support?

    Contap integrates with the top 32 CRMs on the market with more CRMs being added weekly and many more on the horizon!

  • What if my CRM isn't listed?

    Shoot us a message at [email protected] to request your favorite CRM and we'll add it to the platform.

  • How do I integrate my CRM?

    From your profile, tap the Settings icon (top right) and scroll to "Connect Your CRM." From there you'll see a list of all the supported CRMs. Select your CRM from the list. If you are not yet a Premium member we'll ask you to join. If you are a Premium member, you'll be directed to our third-party partner, Zapier. You'll need to create a Zapier account and then be directed to a connection page between Contap and your desired CRM. Authenticate your CRM account and you will be off to the races!

  • Can I add more than one CRM?

    Yes, you can! Premium members can connect as many CRMs as they'd like. Simply go back to Settings > Connect Your CRM > and add another CRM from the list. Note that when you send a Contap to CRM they will go to both CRMs.

  • What is Zapier?

    Zapier is a 3rd party integration site that automates workflows for web and mobile apps. Contap partnered with Zapier to bring you unlimited options when using our platform. With Zapier, you can connect to over 1,000 different apps to send your Contap data!

Guest List Access

  • How does Guest List access work?

    When you join an event on Contap, you'll have immediate access to the details, venue, guest list, sponsors and the host. However, 24 hours after the event, the guest list will sunset and guests will no longer be able to access the guest information. Contap Premium users do not have this limitation. You'll never miss a connection again with unlimited on-demand Guest List Access!

  • How do I access an event's Guest List?

    From Contap Tab (bottom middle tab), tap the Event icon (top left). From Events, tap the "My Events" tab at top. There you will see a list of all the events that you are attending or have attended. Select the event you'd like to see. From inside that event, simply tap "Guests" tab continue networking, even after the event has closed.

  • How do I friend people from the Guest List?

    You can make yourself discoverable or undiscoverable anytime by using the toggle at the top right of the Contap (middle) bottom tab. Simply toggle "on" to enable people to friend you, and "off" to remain private.

  • How do I access data from the people on the Guest List?

    No, no user can ever download data from users whom they have not befriended on Contap. We do not collect and sell this data to anyone, nor do we provide access to users to download, copy, or export this in any way.

  • Does the Guest List ever close?

    For Premium users, no. All other Contap users will no longer see the Guest List 24 hours after the event has ended.


  • How do I access Introductions?

    From a specific Contap in your list, tap the top right button (...) this will give you an expanded menu of options. Select "Introduce Contaps." Then select the person you'd like to introduce the other party to. Craft a nice introductory message for the two Contaps and then send.

  • What will the people I'm introducing receive?

    Each person will receive a push notification letting them know that you have Introduced them to someone. They'll also receive the custom message that you had written to them, and when they tap on the other person, they'll be able to befriend them on Contap. Super cool, right?

  • How many people can I introduce?

    You can introduce as many people as you have on Contap! There are no limits. And if we're being honest, doesn't it feel so good to introduce people and help expand their network?? So get busy introducing!

Notes Suite

  • How do I access Notes?

    From a specific users profile, there are three tabs under their bio card. The far right tab, the list icon, is the notes. From there, tap the plus icon to begin crafting a new note. You'll be asked to give the note a title and then enter the description.

  • How many notes can I take?

    You can take as many notes as you'd like. Unlimited for Premium subscribers!

  • How do I delete a note I've taken?

    Notes will appear in a list view in the notes tab on specific user's profile. From the list view of notes, simply swipe from right to left on the note card to reveal the option to delete that note. Ah, simple.

  • Can people see the notes I've taken on them?

    No, the notes that you take are private to you and only you. This is a space for you to jot down items of your relationship so you can remember details of that person or your discussion later on.

  • Can I export notes I've taken to my CRM?

    Not at the moment, but we are working on a Zapier integreation which will push all the notes you take on a Contap who's in your CRM to push as a note on that person in your CRM. Stay tuned!

Save to Contacts

  • How do I save a Contap to my phone's Contacts?

    From a specific Contap in your list, tap the top right button (...) this will give you an expanded menu of options. Select "Save as a Contact." That's it, that person's contact info will be downloaded to your device right then and there.

  • Can I save my entire Contap list to my phone's Contacts?

    Not at the moment, but we're working on that feature now to release in the coming month, and that will also be included in your Premium subscription.

  • Is there a limit on how many Contaps I can save to my Contacts?

    Not at all. When we say unlimited, we mean it. You can save any or all of your Contaps as a contact on your device.

  • When I save a Contap to my Contacts, what's being saved?

    When you save a Contap to your Contacts, we save all the contact information such as phone numbers and emails, as well as all social URLs for Facebook, Linkedin, etc... and we'll include the timestamp and method of connecting (via Contap) so you can remember a bit about that person. Any extra information will be saved as a note in your Contacts for reference.
